Shipments and returns: what has changed

Dear Malìlovers,

we have reorganized our work and logistics to cope with the current health emergency situation and continue to provide you with the best possible service.

This is how we have updated our shipping and return services.








The warehouse is open and the couriers continue to work in full compliance with safety regulations, which have become even more stringent in recent days. Given the circumstances, delivery times may vary from area to area and may be longer than usual. In any case, we recommend you to check the tracking link that you will receive and that will give you the latest information.



The return service is temporarily suspended to relieve the pressure on couriers and warehouse staff. But in the meantime we have decided to extend the return period, so if you want to return a purchase made on you will have 30 days, and no longer 14. We just ask you a little bit of cooperation: before sending the return, please contact our Customer Service to agree dates and shipping methods.
