Start the return process by entering the order number and email used to place the order.
If you are a registered user, you can login to request a return in the 'Orders' section of your account.
Note: a Return Authorization can only be issued once a tracking number has become available. for immediate service please contact our customer service.
How can i request a return?

Complete the steps above to start a return request
2. Prepare the package
Place the documents listed in the "Return Instructions" section
3. Attach the return label
You can find it in the original package. Not there? Check the "New Return Label" section
4. Call the courier
Contact the courier indicated on the return label in the ways noted in the "How to book a pickup?" section
5. Shipping
Wait for courier to pickup or bring your package to the collection center
